Our terms and conditions of delivery

Online store www.lepont.lt ships worldwide.

The delivery in Lithuania takes within 1-2 working days after payment (the payment day is not included). The delivery in other countries takes longer.

Parcels during holidays and weekends are not delivered.

Delivery methods:

1. Take your order in Le Pont store (address: Gedimino pr. 52, Vilnius. Working hours: I-V 10:00-19:00, VI 10:00-16:00).

In case you can take your order only after working hours, please call +37067375976 or +37067373687.

2. DPD courier service - delivers the parcels to your desired address. If you choose this delivery method, you have to give information: exact delivery address (delivery address can be different from buyer address); mobile phone number; time interval (if delivery address is among 10  the biggest cities in Lithuania); additional information about delivery (door lock number, security and etc.). If delivery address is in- Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena - you can pick a convenient delivery time interval for you: 8-14h.;  14-18h.;  18-22h. In other Lithuanian cities the parcel will be delivered 8-18h. The courier will inform you about the delivery time a day before in evening. Also you will receive a text message before the courier will come.

Parcels in Lithuania are delivered within 1-2 working days. Parcels during holidays and weekends are not delivered.

Important! When you will receive a parcel, please check, if package and item(s) are not damaged. If this happened, mark that in the receipt of the document and inform us through email salonas@lepont.lt within 3 working days.
