Return policy

You can return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.  We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics, fragrances, hygiene items, lamps, furniture, bedding, pyjamas, watches, toys, art works, collectors and antique items, reproductions and other polygraphy industry objects.

Please follow these guidelines so we can accept your return and give you a refund: 

  • • Re-pack the item in its original packaging.
  • • The returned item can’t be used and lost its appearance.  
  • • The item should be intact.
  • • The items should be in their original condition at the time of return; added gifts should be returned together with the item.

 

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us:

1. Login into your account (if you purchased offline, to fill in the return form, sign in with the same email which you used to buy the item)

2. Click on order number from your order history to open the information about purchases.

3. Click on ,,Return the item”.

4. Select your item(s) you wish to return, fill in the returns reason and bank account number, where refund should be transferred.Click on ,,Send information of returns”.

When we will get your application, you will be contacted within 3 working days to arrange the details of returning the item(s).

When we will receive the item and we will approve that the product is unused, we will send a refund within 3 days to your bank account.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage.
